Welcome to the Perishable Foods Council of Northern California. We are a 500-member trade group for the fresh foods business in Northern California. Our members include manufacturer reps, retailers, wholesalers and distributors who support deli/bakery/dairy sales in Northern California (Bakersfield to Eureka). The Perishable Foods Council provides a network for professionals who make the perishable foods business successful. Marketing areas are San Francisco, San Jose, and Sacramento.
