The 2013 Winter Gala is moving back to Napa, to the newly renovated Silverado Country Club. We will be celebrating everything about the Napa Valley, the nature, food, wine, golf, spas and much more. A spectacular evening is being planned by the Perishable Foods Council Gala Committe with wonderful food and prizes. Save the date and plan your spectacular weekend!

Entertainment by the popular Cheese Balls

Evening Schedule:
Reception 5:30 to 7:00 PM - Complimentary Wine Tasting and hors d'oeuvres along with no host Bar
Dinner: 7:30 PM
Board Introduction/Raffle: 8:15 PM
Band: 8:45 to 12:00 midnight
Note: corkage fee was paid per table - please feel free to bring in wine for your table
Each tabke will have a complimentary bottle of red and white wine

Menu:
First course - Butternut squash Soup
Spiced Creme Fraiche, E.V.O.

Second Course - optional choices:
Fresh caught Seabass or Salmon
Roasted Filet Mignon - Red wine sauce, Brocolini and Chef Gerad's Polenta
Ratatouille Pithiver - garden vegetables, pastry puff, marinara sauce, micro greens and herb oil
Oven fresh rolls and butter

Third course: Small bite plate of Cheesecake, Lemon tart, Chocolate Caramel

Freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot teas and iced tea

Ticket Prices $185 per ticket - $1850 for Table of 10
