
Meet Our 2026 Scholarship Winners

The Scholarship Program, which was set up in memory of Cathy L. Miller, a perishable foods expert who created and managed sales campaigns for pizza, meats, salads, soups, and Mexican Foods. Cathy died of a heart attack December 19, 1998. She was a Director of the Deli Council of Northern California (previous name for Perishable Foods Council) for her last two years. The members of the Perishable Foods Council of Northern California/Nevada will award Scholarship’s for higher education to students who demonstrate leadership in community and school activities and demonstrate superior scholastic achievements. You may apply if you will be attending a course of study at an accredited college, university or vocational-technical school. This includes those students currently enrolled in a course of study and has one or more years of school remaining. One scholarship wins per student.
