The Scholarship Program, which was set up in memory of Cathy L. Miller, a perishable foods expert who created and managed sales campaigns for pizza, meats, salads, soups, and Mexican foods. Cathy died of a heart attack December 19, 1998. She was a director of the Deli Council of Northern California (previous name for Perishable Foods Council) for her last two years.
Each year the Perishable Foods Council awards up to 5-$1,000 scholarships to members, their immediate families and participants i the intern program. To apply for the 2023 scholarship, click button below.
